Agent Managed Sales

The Agile Agent Managed Sales component is streamlined for fast and efficient order entry, order maintenance, and customer data management.  Events can be configured with combinations of reserved seating and general admission tickets, as well as non-admission "extras" such as pre-paid parking, restricted area access passes, food and beverage, and merchandise vouchers.

Reserve seats with minimal effort using our Auto-Seat assignment feature.  Auto-Seat assigns the "best available" seats based on the pre-defined venue seating priority.  For more precise seat selection, the seating grid provides an easy to read graphical view of the venue along with a quick view of available inventory by section, price tier, and inventory type.
